HypZert Studies
Study “Valuation of Industrial Properties” updated

Wago Habbes and Holger Wortha, members of the HypZert Professional Group Industry, presented the updated study at the Annual Convention.

In addition to an explanation of building structures, location criteria, legal classifications and benchmarks, the study offers helpful check lists, data sheets, examples and useful links.

International Valuation Standards
"Framework for Sustainable Real Estate Markets" now online

HypZert is an active member of the United Nations Real Estate Advisory Board (UNECE). With the “Framework for Sustainable Real Estate Markets”, this working group has described a framework for sustainable real estate markets. The twelve principles listed there aim to promote stable real estate markets, sustainable urban development and the access of the population to adequate housing. HypZert arranged for the translation of this study into German.

The English language framework and the German working translation can be found in the Library, under  "Studies". This is a new area on our website in your Valuers Corner.
