Dear HypZert valuers,

We are now a few days into the new year and we hope that you feel recharged with new energy! In any case, the HypZert team is definitely back at the start for you and is looking forward to an exciting new year with numerous events. 

As early as February, our biggest event of the year will await us: the HypZert Annual Convention 2024 in Wiesbaden.

But the first thing we would like to do this year is welcome many new valuers to our HypZert family.

HypZert examinations in autumn 2023: 93 newly certified valuers

The autumn exams 2023 have been completed and we are happy to welcome 93 newly certified HypZert valuers. Warm congratulations to all of them!
Once again, many valuers took our challenging examination in September and December. We congratulate all successful participants and warmly welcome them to the HypZert family.

The HypZert Forum in a new design

Our HypZert Forum, the platform for exchange, discussion and a hub for new ideas in your Valuers Corner, has a new look: a little fresher and more modern.
Why not exchange ideas, get some advice or make your knowledge available to other valuers? Have you already personalised your user name and photo? You can do this using the square button with the letter at the top right. If you click here, a menu will open where you can select "Change profile". On the left-hand side, you can now customise your profile picture and your user name. It is also a good idea to double-check your e-mail address and the settings for notifications so that you don't miss any posts in the forum. 

Feel free to suggest topics, give us feedback or exchange ideas within your regional group. Anything is possible.

HypZert Annual Convention

Last chance: Will you be attending the conference in Wiesbaden? You can still register for the HypZert Annual Convention 2024 until 22 January. Be part of it when the industry meets on 20 and 21 February 2024 at the RheinMain Congress Center in Wiesbaden. 

The registration deadline is 22 January 2024.

New MLV Training Course 2024 in Berlin

Do you have colleagues who are interested in pursuing the certification as a HypZert MLV valuer, too?   

For all potential candidates for the certification, our partner academy, the vdpPfandbriefakademie, is happy to announce the dates of this year’s training seminar „Determination of Mortgage Lending Value (MLV)“.  

The Training Course will take place in Berlin on: 

29 February – 02 March 24 (Block 1) 

16 – 18 May 24 (Block 2)
